molto veloce nero lamborghini

molto veloce nero lamborghini

We've seen a glossy black Lamborghini Aventador with DMC Molto Veloce kit before, but this time it looks even better as this specific Bull is rolling on a set of the new, optional Dione wheels ... and I have to admit they look really good, especially in the same glossy black as the car itself and covering bright red brake calipers.
We've seen a glossy black Lamborghini Aventador with DMC Molto Veloce kit before,
From certain angles this black Aventador created by Autoproject-D in Japan might put you on the wrong foot ... you know something is different, but at first glance you might miss it ... once you get a glance of that impressive Super Veloce style rear wing in clear carbon fiber you recognize it as a DMC Molto Veloce version, the by now famous styling and performance kit for the Aventador LP700-4.
We've seen a glossy black Lamborghini Aventador with DMC Molto Veloce kit before,.
The black, clear carbon fiber add-on parts from DMC just blend in perfectly with the glossy black paint ... a subtle but breathtaking tuning on a not so subtle car, the DMC Molto Veloce kit doesn't really change the original design of the Aventador, instead the lower front lip and center section fit onto the factory original bumper while the side skirts are also fitted without modifying anything on the car itself while their design still improves stability at high speeds.
At the rear we find a new lower diffuser with a modified 'tunnel' around the large quad exhaust pipes, finished in lightweight carbon fiber this DMC part not only looks good it actually increases down force ... and talking about looks, that rear wing is just the cherry on the cake ... Everybody loves the Murciélago LP670-4 Super Veloce wild styling, especially with the optional 'large' rear wing ... and DMC took the styling of that original SV wing into Aventador territory ... and it just looks amazing.

We've seen a glossy black Lamborghini Aventador with DMC Molto Veloce kit before,,
Also note all the DMC Molto Veloce tuning parts can be installed without any damage to the original car, so in case the owner or a future owner wants to bring the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 back to original factory specs it is just a matter of time needed to remove the DMC parts.
The Nero shade does hide some of the features on the beautiful Lamborghini Aventador, but still it is one of my favorite shades ... I would personally go for a Bianco Canopus with the DMC Stage 3 kit on it, preferably on an Aventador Roadster ... but this black one does look very interesting too, do note the owner of this car didn't go for the engine tuning package from DMC that brings power output to 900hp ... but I think 700hp will be sufficient too.

Maserati cuts output as demand slows for Ghibli

TURIN -- Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) is cutting Maserati production as demand for the brand's luxury sports cars slows after record sales last year, according to a union at the automaker.

The number of shifts at FCA's Grugliasco plant near Turin has been reduced to 10 a week from 12, a union official said. The plant builds the Maserati Ghibli and Quattroporte, which are the brand's best-sellers.
Maserati cuts output as demand slows for Ghibli, Quattroporte, union says

"Fiat has told us that workers at the Grugliasco plant will be working for three weeks out of four up until July," said Federico Bellono, CGIL union leader in Turin. "The company is predicting production of about 30,000 to 35,000 cars at Grugliasco this year. I think it will be closer to 30,000," Bellono told Automotive News Europe.

The plant employs about 2,800 workers.

FCA declined to comment on any changes in production.

Maserati's global sales were up 137 percent to 36,448 last year, with the Ghibli accounting for 23,500 deliveries, followed by the Quattroporte with a volume of 9,500, according to a Jan. 12 press release. The brand sold 3,500 units of the GranTurismo and GranCabrio models.

The U.S. was Maserati's biggest market last year with sales up 172 percent to 12,943, according to the Automotive News Data Center.

Maserati cuts output as demand slows for Ghibli, Quattroporte, union says.

FCA CEO Sergio Marchionne said at the Geneva auto show earlier this month that he expected a reduction in Maserati's sales volume. "We knew we could not keep on growing sales of the Ghibli and Quattroporte. They have to slow down and settle and that is what is happening," Marchionne said.

Maserati plans to increase its lineup to six cars from four now by 2018, when it also aims to reach annual sales of 75,000.

Maserati will not have a new model in showrooms until it launches the Levante SUV early next year. The Levante will be built at Fiat’s Mirafiori plant.

Maserati was a strong performer for FCA last year. The luxury brand reported revenue of 2.8 billion euros, up from 1.7 billion in 2013, boosted by higher unit sales. Earnings before interest and taxes increased to 275 million euros from 106 million euros.

FCA predicted demand for Maserati cars would be flat this year when it released its 2014 results last month.

Toyota Supra to forgo hybrid, get a BMW

For years, almost all of the talk about the Toyota FT-1 concept becoming a resurrected Supra envisioned a hybrid under the hood. And then the latest take on Future Toyota 1 showed up at the 2014 Detroit Auto Show and - although Toyota wouldn't say a word about any engine at all - horizons began to expand.
Coming Toyota Supra to forgo hybrid, get a BMW six-cylinder turbo? Imaginary fancies were aided by the news that Toyota had partnered with BMW to develop a sports car on the next-generation BMW Z4 platform, which would necessarily mean an engine bay designed to accept an old-fashioned hunk of gas-burning iron-working solo.
Coming Toyota Supra to forgo hybrid, get a BMW six-cylinder turbo?.
Car and Driver now turns the whole thing around, reporting that there will be an inline-six with forced induction provided by BMW under the hood. What about that hybrid, though? The report states, "there's currently no indication that the Silk Road cars will offer hybrid options" - 'Silk Road' being the codename for the jointly-developed vehicles. CD makes a point to note that said tidbit came from Germany, not Japan. However, designers at Toyota's Calty studio did tell Automotive News last year that they designed the body with an inline-six in mind, a nod to the Supra's history.
Coming Toyota Supra to forgo hybrid, get a BMW six-cylinder turbo?,
Hybrid rumors aren't dead yet, though - remember, we were hearing about all-wheel drive and supercapacitors in May 2014. The coupe is predicted to be a 2018 model, making its appearance sometime in 2017, and be "about 10 percent" smaller than the FT-1 concept.

Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel celebrates winning the Malaysian Grand Prix

Here's everything you need to know about the wonderful world of motorsports this week.

Sebastian Vettel gets his first win for Ferrari at the 2015 Malaysian Grand Prix.

In just his second race in a Ferrari, four-time world champion Sebastian Vettel delivered the team's first victory in nearly 2 years — the longest drought in Ferrari history.

Ferrari had not seen the victory circle in 30 races — since the Spanish Grand Prix in May of 2013.

More: Motorsports Monday Ferrari Transportation Formula One .
The 27-year old German took the checkered flag ahead of the Mercedes-AMG duo of Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg. After the race, both Mercedes drivers questioned the team's tire strategy after Vettel's Ferrari pulled away from the field.

Vettel's Ferrari teammate — 2007 champ Kimi Raikkonen — took home a hard fought fourth place finish. A tough qualifying session forced the enigmatic Fin to start in 11th place. Then a first-lap tire puncture put the Ferrari even further back in the field.

Once again, McLaren and its new Honda engines struggled with speed and reliability. The McLaren duo of Jenson Button and Fernando Alonso — who qualified in 17th and 18th position respectively— failed to finish the race due to engine related problems.

On the other hand, Scuderia Toro Rosso's rookie duo of Max Verstappen, 17, and Carlos Sainz Jr.,20, continued to impress, finishing in 7th and 8th place respectively.

Formula One's next stop will be the Grand Prix of China on April 12.

Ram pickups to keep it steel through 2020

One of the hottest topics in the industry these days is automakers' expanding use of aluminum, especially for vehicle bodies and platforms. While the lightweight metal has historically been the preserve of premium brands and sports cars, Ford shocked the industry when it announced that its 2015 F-150 would go aluminum-intensive for its new generation. As it turns out, the material change doesn't even mean a big jump in the prices for most of its trims. Possibly in reaction to the big change, General Motors is said to be using the lightweight metal in its next-gen trucks, too. That only leaves Ram as an open question among the domestics, and at least for now, the company is apparently in no hurry to push tin.
One of the hottest topics in the industry these days is automakers' expanding use of aluminum, especially
According to Reuters speaking with two, unnamed insiders, the Ram 1500 isn't getting an aluminum infusion until sometime after 2020. That's not to say the truck is going to be stagnant for the next half-decade or more, of course. According to Ram's five-year plan, there's a refresh for the 1500 coming in 2015 and much bigger changes on the way in 2017. Those same sources tell Reuters that further revisions aren't expected until at least 2021, which is when the aluminum could be added.
One of the hottest topics in the industry these days is automakers' expanding use of aluminum, especially/
Fiat Chrysler Automobiles CEO Sergio Marchionne hasn't minced words about his thoughts on using the lightweight metal in pickups. "I have better use of aluminum in this house than a pickup truck," he said in May. Having said that, Marchionne was clear that if the material turns out to be revolutionary in the segment, the company would be willing to follow.
One of the hottest topics in the industry these days is automakers' expanding use of aluminum, especially.
Depending on how successfully Ford and GM make the transition to aluminum, Ram could possibly gain a short-term advantage. There are rumors of a shortage of the metal in the early years as automakers begin using it more and producers ramp up supply. If that actually happens, the brand could find itself in a good position by sticking with steel.

2015 Marsala Hued Beauty Products to Ensure

As we all know, Pantone proclaimed that Marsala was the 2015 color of the year this week. I always feel like naming one color of the year is a pretty bold move. I mean, there are a lot of great colors out there, right? Doesn’t anyone feel like this kind of pigeon-holes us in terms of a 365 day color palette? My rant aside, I personally feel like the good people of Pantone were spot on with their choice of 2015’s color mascot for many reasons.

As we all know, Pantone proclaimed that Marsala was the 2015 color of the year this week.
Firstly, it has to be some sort of good omen that the main color for the upcoming year is the same shade as red wine. Red wine is delicious and brings great joy to many of us, so in my book, that is just putting good juju out into the universe. Perhaps 2015 will also be a year with many red wine-filled celebrations.

As we all know, Pantone proclaimed that Marsala was the 2015 color of the year this week
Secondly, the color experts themselves described their choice by saying, ”a naturally robust and earthy wine red, Marsala enriches our minds, bodies and souls.” I am all in for some enrichment in the new year.

And thirdly, and perhaps most importantly, Marsala is a spectacular color for various types of beauty products. The dark, vampy lip that was all the rage in the 90s has danced around a resurgence over the last few fall seasons, for instance. However, with this slightly lighter, warmer shade at the helm, I expect a full-on, warmly-welcomed comeback in 2015. And since it is the color of the year, no one can tell us we have to give up our beloved dark nails for bubblegum pink or coral come springtime. I am sure the beauty experts are fast at work figuring out how to meld Marsala with the warmer months, though.

As we all know, Pantone proclaimed that Marsala was the 2015 color of the year this week,
To get you started off on the right page of the Pantone book in the new year, at least until Sephora launches their 2015 Pantone Universe collaboration, here is a roundup of 15 beauty products that will make Marsala your new fav.

With the B2 having received such a warm reception, it’s likely that Marussia is currently developing its successor, possibly named the ‘B3’.

The Northrop (later Northrop Grumman) B-2 Spirit, also known as the Stealth Bomber, is an American heavy strategic bomber, featuring low observable stealth technology designed for penetrating dense anti-aircraft defenses; it is able to deploy both conventional and thermonuclear weapons. The bomber has a crew of two and can drop up to eighty 500 lb (230 kg)-class (Mk 82) JDAM Global Positioning System-guided bombs, or sixteen 2,400 lb (1,100 kg) B83 nuclear bombs. The B-2 is the only known aircraft that can carry large air-to-surface standoff weapons in a stealth configuration.

"B-2" and "Stealth bomber" redirect here. For other uses, see B2 (disambiguation) and Stealth aircraft
Development originally started under the "Advanced Technology Bomber" (ATB) project during the Carter administration, and its performance was one of his reasons for the cancellation of the supersonic B-1A bomber. ATB continued during the Reagan administration, but worries about delays in its introduction led to the reinstatement of the B-1 program as well. Program costs rose throughout development. Designed and manufactured by Northrop Grumman, the cost of each aircraft averaged US$737 million (in 1997 dollars).Total procurement costs averaged $929 million per aircraft, which includes spare parts, equipment, retrofitting, and software support. The total program cost including development, engineering and testing, averaged $2.1 billion per aircraft in 1997.

Because of its considerable capital and operating costs, the project was controversial in the U.S. Congress and among the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The winding-down of the Cold War in the latter portion of the 1980s dramatically reduced the need for the aircraft, which was designed with the intention of penetrating Soviet airspace and attacking high-value targets. During the late 1980s and 1990s, Congress slashed plans to purchase 132 bombers to 21. In 2008, a B-2 was destroyed in a crash shortly after takeoff, though the crew ejected safely. A total of 20 B-2s remain in service with the United States Air Force, which plans to operate the B-2 until 2058.

"B-2" and "Stealth bomber" redirect here. For other uses, see B2 (disambiguation) and Stealth aircraft.
The B-2 is capable of all-altitude attack missions up to 50,000 feet (15,000 m), with a range of more than 6,000 nautical miles (11,000 km) on internal fuel and over 10,000 nautical miles (19,000 km) with one midair refueling. Though originally designed primarily as a nuclear bomber, it was first used in combat dropping conventional ordnance in the Kosovo War in 1999 and saw further service in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Large hotel -- and icon in Beverly Hills -- full service hotel with enormous ball rooms and events space - in two towers.
Rooms here are very well maintained with no flaws. Furnishings are more or less Hilton standard fare -- but a few nice elements are: towels are large terry towel variety - robes also very nice -- toiletries are upscale but not Ritz or Four Seasons standard.
Large hotel -- and icon in Beverly Hills -- full service hotel with enormous ball rooms and events space - in two towers..
The classic Trader Vic's is no longer -- has been torn down to make way for a Beverly Hills Waldorf being built adjacent to the Hilton. Breakfast buffet is good - not over the top. The two mornings I had the pleasure to eat there - you had the option to dine outside by the pool (which has a lot of history associated with it and is a classic scene) or inside with view -- but the best part was the level of service I found at this Hilton - a cut above in the training of staff - every person had great people skill exhibiting a very high standard of service.
Large hotel -- and icon in Beverly Hills -- full service hotel with enormous ball rooms and events space - in two towers,
Most hotels have invested in upgrading the quality of their staff and of their training -- but it is not universal in all Hiltons -- but this one, as you might expect -- is quite a cut above.
Even though a large property -- its location, service and staff -- make it an outstanding choice.

Meow! The Smoky Eye and The Deep Red Lip

Ever since Sharon Stone rocked the red carpet with smoky eyes and deep red lips last year, I’ve been obsessed with the look. It’s such a dramatic combination of Sex Kitten, glam and femme fatale, I’m totally on it.
Ever since Sharon Stone rocked the red carpet with smoky eyes and deep red lips last year
The interesting thing about the smoky eye with the deep red lip is that it is contrary to what all the beauty magazines have told us. If you are going to go deep on the lip, go natural on the eyes and vice versa they have said for decades, but now the smoldering dark ‘Rock Chick’ eyes are making a comeback when combined with a rich crimson mouth. It’s a more balanced look than that of the past and it just goes to show that cosmetic rules are meant to be challenged.
Ever since Sharon Stone rocked the red carpet with smoky eyes and deep red lips last year.
There are a few different variations of the smoky eye with red lip. You can go for a tight line in pitch black around the eye and in the waterline like Sharon did, above, or try a sooty, smudgy eye like Kim Kardashian, below. Either way, the look is drop-dead sexy. I love that it can work on a variety of different coloring. Sharon, for example, with her blonde hair, pale skin and green eye.

as well as Kim, with her dark exotic features. First, however, and most important to keep in mind: this is not an easy look for just anyone to pull off, despite its seeming versatility. It helps if you have great skin and if you use only minimal amounts of concealer and foundation

Why Are Tesla Cars So Expensive?

Tesla Motors (TSLA), the brainchild of entrepreneur Elon Musk, has made waves by challenging the auto industry and producing its own all-electric car. While car companies such as Toyota (TM), Ford (F) and General Motors (GM) have toyed with the idea of electric cars, they have remained faithful to the internal combustion engine, or have tried to blend gasoline with batteries by way of hybrid vehicles.
Tesla Motors (TSLA), the brainchild of entrepreneur Elon Musk, has made waves by challenging the auto
One reason the traditional auto makers do not undertake electric car production is because the costs would be so high that when passed on to the consumer, the cars would be prohibitively expensive. Tesla cars, therefore, are relatively expensive to buy. The flagship Model S sedan has a base price of $71,000 not including a $10,000 extended battery or other upgrades and options. But just why is a Tesla car so expensive?
Tesla Motors (TSLA), the brainchild of entrepreneur Elon Musk, has made waves by challenging the auto.
There is clearly a demand for Tesla cars. Every month the company seems to set new sales records, and there is a waitlist for backordered vehicles that is growing steadily. Unlike established car companies, Tesla motors does not have the manufacturing capacity to meet the current demand all at once. Because demand exceeds current supply, basic economics suggests that the price would be bid up. Tesla seems to be constrained by production, not demand.
The demand is fueled in part by the green energy movement. Because Tesla cars are all electric, they do not consume greenhouse gas-emitting gasoline and do not directly create carbon dioxide. It remains true, however, that CO2 is still a by-product of the electrical generation needed to charge the car's batteries. Demand is also driven by Tesla's sleek, modern design and its high-tech driver interface and dashboard that features an impressive all digital touch-sensitive display.
In addition, Tesla cars are high performance. They can cruise for over 200 miles on full charge, and recharging is a user-friendly task. The Tesla S sedan can accelerate from 0-60 miles per hour in an impressive 5.54 seconds, and the Tesla Roadster can do the same in under four seconds. Combined with all of this is the fact that electric cars are virtually silent when they drive, a truly desirable feature for many.
Tesla Motors (TSLA), the brainchild of entrepreneur Elon Musk, has made waves by challenging the auto,
The newly announced Tesla model X is a more family-friendly SUV that can comfortably fit seven passengers. By expanding its product line, Tesla is sure to increase demand for its cars. The question remains as to whether it can build out enough capacity to produce those vehicles in a short amount of time. Tesla is rumored to be building a so-called 'gigafactory' in the Nevada desert, which would allow it to scale up production of both its cars and the battery packs required to power them.
BATTERY TECHNOLOGY IS EXPENSIVE
Batteries to store and use electrical power are the most expensive single component of these cars, with the current cost of around $500 per kilowatt-hour. A Model S has around 60 kilowatt-hours of capacity, meaning that approximately $30,000, or 42.25%, of the sticker price is due to the battery packs. Since 2008, the cost of Tesla’s battery packs has risen by 50%, and their storage capacity has increased by more than 60%.
The company has indicated that it is already in the process of increasing the energy efficiency of the batteries further causing the price to fall to about $200 per kWh, but this improvement has not yet been released into production. In addition to the fixed costs of the battery packs themselves, it costs the owner of the car approximately 10-12 cents per kWh to buy the electricity when recharging those batteries.
A lot of research and development is going in to battery technology, and the hope is that in a short time the cost of battery power storage will be able to compete with the cost of gasoline or other fossil fuels
