Santa Barbara Ranked Second Coziest City In America

Santa Barbara has been ranked as the second coziest city in the country, according to a recent study sponsored by Honeywell Heaters.

While some define coziness as curling up next to a fire at bedtime, researchers based their data on a number of factors. They included environmental health and engineering, ambiance and accessibility to nearby locations.

Portland, Maine, Santa Barbara, California, and Asheville, North Carolina, take the top three spots.

Santa Rosa, California, was also ranked in the top 10.
